Tom Baumbach has passion for authentic BBQ. So much so, that he spent two years traveling, researching and rounding up everything necessary to bring his own down-home Q MENU to you.

This means making Q the way is was meant to be with hand-selected local hardwood, several hours of careful slow-cooking and the best meat he could round up.

At Baumbach's we never add sauce prior to serving as our Award-winning Dry Rubs keep the meat moist. However, if you want our meat even wetter, add some of our delicious Ole Ray’s BBQ sauce.

Eat at our place in NEW PARIS or call us to rustle up some Take-out to bring back to your ranch. Nearly every item on our menu is available for take-out in addition to the special menu groupings we offer for your convenience.
