The Story

Tom’s passion for BBQ started early with his family piling into the old pickup truck, waving goodbye to the ranch and heading into town for a night out at the local BBQ joint. Now, Tom, Wendy and the "Q CREW," keep the homefires smoking in New Paris, Ohio where they serve up their own batch of welcoming Southern Charm.

Roll up your sleeves and “Cowboy up” to our laid-back and fully-stocked bar/restaurant in New Paris, Ohio (near Richmond, Indiana, US Route 40 and Interstate 70).

BBQ on Wheels

On the move? Seek out the Baumbach mobile Q-Shack on North Barron Street in Eaton, Ohio (CVS parking lot). Since it’s available for special occasions you might even see it out smoking in Southwest Ohio and Indiana.
